The Business Administration Department offers an optional Preparatory Class opportunity for students to better prepare them for market conditions. Depending on their proficiency levels, students receive one year of education from Foreign Language instructors.

Those who wish to enroll in the optional preparatory class must select "YES" for the question "WOULD YOU LIKE TO ATTEND THE OPTIONAL PREPARATORY CLASS?" during registration via the e-Government system. For those who register in person, leaving a petition expressing the desire to attend the optional preparatory class is considered as an application.

Applications are evaluated within the quotas, and the list of accepted students is announced on the Foreign Languages School's website. Students whose applications for optional preparatory class are accepted are enrolled in the Preparatory Class. After this process, the request to transition to their departments before completing the 1-year preparatory education is not accepted.
